On January 18, 2022, the City of Covina City Council adopted Ordinance 22-01, implementing by-district elections of five Council Members. The map below was selected along with its election sequence: Districts 1, 3 and 5 up for election in 2022, and Districts 2 and 4 up for election in 2024.
